Registration rates increase as the program approaches – register early to receive the best rate! Registration fees do not include membership dues.

** Multi-Member Discount: AHLA members registering from same organization at same time on the same check or credit card payment. The first AHLA members pays the full rate; each additional member will receive $75 off their registration. Individuals must register using the PDF registration form and mail in the forms together with payment.

Program Materials

All registrants will receive an email a week prior to the program with a link to the materials. This website is for attendees only and is not posted to the public. You must have the direct link to the website. The link is also available in registrants 'myAHLA' accounts, under the My Events tab. The email will come from AHLA Member Services Center. Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers

Cancellations must be received in writing by January 29, 2020 and sent to Dorothy Johnson: Registration fee, minus the $150 administrative fee, will be refunded approximately 3-4 weeks following the program in the same form of tender as the original payment. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation date.

Substitutions will be accepted, in writing to AHLA (, up to 2 business days prior to the event date on a one time basis. Note, that the registration fee is based on AHLA membership status of the individual who actually attends the program. Non-member substitutes will be charged the fee difference if they are substituting for a member-discounted registration.

Transfer to an upcoming event within one year of equal or higher value is available on a one time basis only, and should be received in writing to AHLA ( An administrative fee of $150 will be charged for a transfer request.
