Veteran government fraud and abuse lawyers will answer questions and provide perspectives on effective communications with the government. Topics will include:

  • Interactions with and among governmental agencies
  • Challenges for the rule-makers, including special rules for government employees and how they affect stakeholder interactions with the government
  • Responding to government requests for information and policy proposals, decoding “government speak,” participating in meetings with officials and staff at various levels of the government, and less formal interactions with the government
